PRC Slack

Slack connection for the PRC Platform. Sends production publish notices and Cursor Origin pull request notifications. It also runs PRC Nexus, one Slack agent for editor chat and registered systems.

Editors chat with PRC Nexus in a DM or in a channel where the bot is invited. Engineers receive direct messages for supported Cursor Origin pull request events. Maintainers own the VIP credentials, the Slack app manifest, and notification settings.
