Preview a print-styled document and manage PDF export for supported posts.
Open print preview
While logged in, append /print to a supported post URL:
https://example.org/my-report/printLegacy ?pdf=true redirects to /print. Anonymous /print requests 404 (no login redirect). Staff-beta: browser print preview and discovery links require a logged-in WordPress user.
The print view can include a cover sheet, About page, static TOC, and article or report body. Paged.js paginates the document in the browser. Use the on-page Print and Download PDF controls when available.
Regenerate a PDF in the editor
Open the Print Engine sidebar (plugin sidebar / controls panel) on a supported post. Use it to force PDF regeneration after publish. PDFs also schedule automatically on async publish and update when the Firebase render service is configured.
Hide or show blocks on print
Block Visibility controls expose Print Engine options so editors can hide a block on print or display a block only on print. Chart Builder figures can emit static PNGs when that integration is available.
