PRC Quiz Cast

Live host-and-player sessions for Quiz Builder quizzes. Host pages drive a Firebase session (join code, pacing, timer); player pages join on mobile. Session create/finalize go through prc-api/v3/quiz/session-*.

Editors and producers run cast sessions from a quiz's /cast/ URL. Maintainers own host/player block trees, Firebase session shape, and rewrite rules. This plugin is still evolving (see plugin README TODOs).
