PRC CRM

Internal contact manager for Pew Research Center staff. Contacts, named segments, and organizations live in WordPress. Editors browse them on the shared Admin DataViews shell, compose transactional emails in Email Builder, and track Mandrill opens, clicks, and share-link hits on each contact.

Editors add contacts, group them into segments, start a Mandrill transactional email for one person or a selection, and create shareable redirect links. Maintainers own the CPT, field registry, audience option write, event tables, and CSV import command.
