A new Pew Research Center survey asked U.S. adults about their views on AI at the doctor\u2019s office. A common thread in their responses is that they\u2019re uncertain about whether it\u2019s used in their healthcare, and they want to be informed if it is. How did we do this?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For this analysis, we surveyed 3,488 U.S. adults from June 22 to 28, 2026. Everyone who took part in this survey is a member of the Center\u2019s American Trends Panel<\/a>. The survey represents the views of the full U.S. adult population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
