Nearly one-third of American workers (31%) say they believe it would be possible for their employer to hire someone outside the country to do the job they are doing right now. However, this assessment that offshoring is a potential threat to one\u2019s own job has not been accompanied by a spike in the percentage of workers who believe they are in danger of being laid off in the coming year.
