Currently, a 58%-majority of young adults (ages 18 to 29) approve of Obama\u2019s job performance. Among members of Generation X, half support the job the president is doing. Obama\u2019s support is far weaker among older generations: just 41% of Baby Boomers and 40% of the Silent Generation approve of the president\u2019s job performance. Millennials are also significantly more likely to say Obama\u2019s policies have made the economic situation better, to approve of health care reform and to say they would prefer bigger government and more services than are members of older generations. <a
