Very few Pakistanis, however, see America as an ally. Fully 59% describe the U.S. as an enemy. Only 11% see the U.S. as a partner, and just as few (17%) have a favorable view of the U.S. In fact, among the 22 nations included in the spring 2010 Pew Global Attitudes survey, Pakistan, along with Turkey and Egypt, gives America its lowest rating. President Obama \u2014 popular throughout much of the world \u2014 is also little loved in Pakistan; just 8% express confidence that he will do the right thing in world affairs, his lowest rating among the 22 nations. Still, despite all the negative opinion of the U.S., nearly two-in-three (64%) say it is important for relations with the U.S. and Pakistan to improve, up from 53% in 2009. <a
