New research from the Pew Research Center shows <a href=\"https:\/\/alpha.pewresearch.org\/pewresearch-org\/journalism\/2013\/10\/24\/the-role-of-news-on-facebook\/\">30% of Americans get news on Facebook<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/alpha.pewresearch.org\/pewresearch-org\/journalism\/2013\/11\/04\/twitter-news-consumers-young-mobile-and-educated\">8% get news on Twitter<\/a>.
