These outlets, including CNN, The New York Times, Reuters and The Washington Post, added code to their websites that blocks OpenAI&#8217;s web crawler from scanning the sites&#8217; news content to train its AI models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The share of U.S. adults who are concerned about the increased use of artificial intelligence is growing, according to a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/alpha.pewresearch.org\/pewresearch-org\/short-reads\/2023\/08\/28\/growing-public-concern-about-the-role-of-artificial-intelligence-in-daily-life\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new Pew Research Center survey<\/a>.
