We have found that internet users facing an education choice benefit from having access to the information available online. What would happen to the education sector if there was universal high-speed access in the U.S.? What would happen if internet penetration stagnated or declined? We have also found that internet users are changing their behavior out of fear of software intrusions like viruses and spyware. What would happen if, in the future, it was truly \u201cevery man for himself\u201d when it comes to network security? What would happen if there was greater enforcement of security protocols?
