He spoke\u00a0with Tom Powers, chief of staff of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ntia.doc.gov\/about.html\">NTIA<\/a>, who presented NTIA&#8217;s broadband data from its December report \u201cExploring the Digital Nation.\u201d This report examined the state of broadband adoption in each state and among different racial and ethnic groups.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The slides from
