Suburban residents say they are spending about the same amount of time reading as they have in the past.<\/p>\n\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1381\" title=\"14 availability of econtent\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.pewresearch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2012\/12\/14-availability-of-econtent.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"519\" height=\"369\"><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Overall, device owners across communities read e-content on e-readers, tablet computers, and cell phones about equally.
