In contrast with the developed West, globalization and economic integration remain popular in the world\u2019s two largest developing countries \u2013 India and China.<\/p>\n\n

The reasons are easy to guess. The International Monetary Fund<\/a> expects India\u2019s economy to grow by 7.6 percent this year and China\u2019s by 6.6 percent, both more than double the expected global economic growth of 3.1 percent. It\u2019s little surprise that Indians and Chinese are happy with their economies, the direction of their countries and their growing integration into the world economy, according to the Pew Research Center\u2019s 2016 Global Attitudes Survey.<\/p>\n\n
