The latest estimates for Denmark, France, Ireland and Italy are for 2010, and the latest estimates for Finland, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, the UK and the U.S. are for 2013. As noted in the charts, the 1991 estimates for some countries are projected from surveys conducted at slightly different dates.
