These outlets, including CNN, The New York Times, Reuters and The Washington Post, added code to their websites that blocks OpenAI&#8217;s web crawler from scanning the sites&#8217; news content to train its AI models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The share of U.S. adults who are concerned about the increased use of artificial intelligence is growing, according to a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/alpha.pewresearch.org\/pewresearch-org\/short-reads\/2023\/08\/28\/growing-public-concern-about-the-role-of-artificial-intelligence-in-daily-life\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new Pew Research Center survey<\/a>. All of its proceeds will go to the out-of-work staffers from their late-night shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The series is distributed by Spotify\u2019s Megaphone and is <a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.spotify.com\/2023-08-29\/colbert-fallon-kimmel-seth-meyers-john-oliver-limited-podcast-strike-force-five\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">available on multiple podcast platforms<\/a>. In a <a href=\"https:\/\/alpha.pewresearch.org\/pewresearch-org\/journalism\/2023\/06\/15\/how-podcasts-connect-with-their-audiences\/#:~:text=Nearly%20all%20top,of%20these%20sites.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2022 audit of podcasts<\/a>, the Center found <strong>nearly all top podcasts (99%) are available on Spotify<\/strong>, and 81% are available on at least four major platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"chart-of-the-week\">\ud83d\udcca&nbsp;<strong>Chart of the week<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">X, formerly known as Twitter, announced that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/technology\/x-will-allow-political-ads-candidates-parties-ahead-us-election-2023-08-29\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the social media platform will allow political ads<\/a> leading up to the 2024 presidential election.
