Its properties include <strong>Fox News, The Wall Street Journal<\/strong> and the <strong>New York Post,<\/strong> among other media outlets in the U.S. and around the world.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div width=\"100%\" class=\"ng-block-b6ab7583ae6a3f18 wp-block-newsletterglue-text ng-block\" style=\"color:#2a2a2a\"><div><div><div class=\"ng-block-td\" align=\"none\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-family:Georgia;line-height:1.6;font-weight:normal;padding-top:8px;padding-bottom:10px;padding-left:20px;padding-right:20px;text-align:none;color:#2a2a2a\"><p>The announcement ends a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2025\/02\/13\/magazine\/rupert-murdoch-succession-family-trust-fight.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">long-running dispute<\/a> over how the Murdoch family would divide control, during which the 94-year-old Rupert Murdoch reportedly sought to cement the conservative political orientation of many of his outlets through Lachlan. For instance, 16% of Democrats say they regularly get news from the Journal, compared with 12% of Republicans. And Democrats are also more likely than Republicans to say they trust the Journal as a source of news (37% vs. 23%).<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div width=\"100%\"
