# Library services in the digital age

Research associate Kathryn Zickuhr presented data from the Pew Research Center’s nationally representative surveys on [the changing role of libraries in the digital age](http://libraries.pewresearch.org/pewresearch-org/internet/) to NYPL staff. She explored patrons’ priorities and expectations for future services in addition to the larger context of how Americans find, consume, and share information today.
